What we collect
- Account data: email address and a hashed password.
- Billing data: handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We store your subscription status and customer ID — never your card details.
- Conversation data: the prompts you send and the answers the AI generates, so we can show you conversation history.
- Usage logs: query counts, timestamps, and aggregated performance metrics — used for rate limiting and improving the Service.
How we use your data
- To operate and provide the Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send account- and billing-related emails.
- To debug issues and improve product quality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not run advertising trackers.
Third-party services we use
- Supabase — hosting our database and authentication.
- OpenAI — generating answers from prompts. Prompts and retrieved context are sent to OpenAI under their API data-use policy (not used for training).
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
- Vercel — application hosting.
Data retention
We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account at any time. Email help@ictgpt.site with your request.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
ICT GPT is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
