Refund Policy

ICT GPT is a digital product delivered instantly on payment. As soon as your subscription is active, you receive immediate access to our full corpus of 82,000+ chunks, our retrieval pipeline, and unlimited queries within your plan's allowance. Because the product is intangible, fully delivered at point of sale, and consumable in real time, refunds are not possible once access has been granted.

We strongly encourage you to evaluate ICT GPT before subscribing:

• Review the About page for a full description of capabilities and limitations.
• Read the changelog to understand the current product state.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing — your monthly plan will not renew, and your annual plan will not auto-renew at the end of its term. You retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

We will issue a refund only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: if you were billed twice for the same period due to a payment processing error.
• Service unavailability: if ICT GPT is materially unavailable (more than 72 consecutive hours of downtime) during a paid period.
• Legal requirement: where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund despite the digital-goods exemption.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at help@ictgpt.site will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in your email being permanently blocked from future purchases. Please reach out first — we are responsive and want to resolve any issue you have.
