Terms of Service

By creating an account or subscribing to ICT GPT (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ICT GPT is an educational AI assistant trained on public videos by Michael J. Huddleston (@InnerCircleTrader). It answers questions about ICT trading concepts and cites the source video and timestamp for each answer. ICT GPT is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Michael Huddleston or any related entity.

The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing produced by ICT GPT constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make about trading, investing, or risk management. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Lemon Squeezy. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Query limits reset at the start of each billing period (monthly plans) or at the start of your subscription year (annual plans). See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its underlying corpus; (b) resell or redistribute outputs at scale; (c) use the Service to generate misleading, harmful, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to interfere with or overload our infrastructure; (e) share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, including its retrieval pipeline, embeddings, code, design, and brand, is owned by us. All ICT concepts and source videos remain the intellectual property of their original creator, Michael J. Huddleston. Source citations are provided under fair-use principles for educational commentary and reference.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable effort to notify subscribers of material changes.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated answers may contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your account data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
